Moses is in heaven according to the New Testament gospels of Matthew, Mark, and Luke. In the story, commonly referred to as the Transfiguration of Jesus Christ, Moses appears along with Elijah. According to Luke’s account, Moses appeared in glory and spoke with Jesus, which confirms his presence in heaven.
The fourth book of Maccabees gives us another clue on where the righteous ended up. (4 Maccabees 13:17) For if we so die, Abraham and Isaac and Jacob will welcome us, and all the fathers will praise us. So, no, Moses did not go to heaven after he died on Mount Nebo. He went to the good part of Hades, to Abraham’s Bosom.
It never says in the Bible that Moses did not go to Heaven. It only says that no one saw him die, and that God Himself buried Moses in a place where his body would not be found. Makes no difference. There is no evidence that Heaven exist.

He received an angelic escort. He never did die. So we know how he got to Heaven. If you go to the book of Jude, it tells us that Michael the Archangel resurrected Moses. Moses received a special resurrection. Now this is not in the Bible, but it is in Jewish tradition that three days after Moses died, the Lord came and resurrected him.
These scholars point to the appearance of Moses with Elijah on the Mount of the Transfiguration (Matthew 17:1–10). The problem with this latter view is that the Bible specifically says Moses “died” and “was buried” (Deuteronomy 34:7). If Moses were translated straight to heaven, there would be no death and burial.
