Yep, with me staying at the Park MGM last weekend, I often did this walk which isn't too bad.
From here, you can either walk to the Aria, or go outside to the tram station. Once outside, you’ll take another escalator up to the outside station (it’s covered to shade you from the sun or rain). From the Park MGM/South Aria station, the tram travels north through the heart of City Center, just past the Aria itself to the Shops at Crystals.
Don't bother hunting for the tram! The walk is quick and easy!

You have to be careful to take the correct escalator or elevator and get on the tram going in the right direction or you will end up at Park MGM/Aria and have to head back. After getting off at Bellagio it is a long walk from the back of the resort through the casino and out the far northern side but it is especially worth it when it’s cold …
3) Tram or promenade to Park MGM. The extreme south end of the Aria has a walkway (they call it a promenade) to the Park MGM Hotel and Casino. Alternatively, you can hop on the southbound tram from the Aria/Crystals stop to get to the Park MGM. From there, you can meander through the casino to get to Strip sidewalk.
