Can a merchant/business outside the U.S. send me to collections and will the major credit bureaus report this? I received a threatening email from a merchant (online betting site BOVADA.COM) that I did business with outside of the United States, stating that I owed them a few hundred dollars and that if not paid "subject to 3rd party …

We look forward to your prompt reply. Regards, Bovada Financial Services financialservices@bovada.lv 1-866-502-3365. A couple things. I NEVER filed any dispute with my cc company over any bovada withdrawl and my cc company has never reached out to me to question any deposits into Bovada.
