Processing Time
Please allow one business day processing time for your order. For example if you order today afternoon your order will be mailed out the next business day. We try our best to process early morning orders the same day however we can not guarantee that.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s).
- You can view your order's exact shipping charge before by clicking on the checkout button and entering your mailing address information.
- All orders are insuring the full value of the item(s) against possible theft or damage while in transit.

We offer the following shipping options:
- UPS Ground
- UPS 3 Day Select
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
PO Box and APO orders are mailed using United States Postal Services (USPS).
Following map shows the estimated delivery time for UPS Ground option.
Shipping Destinations
For U.S. customers, we ship to:
- Any residential address
- Your place of business
- APO addresses
- US territories and possessions
- We do not ship to hotels, motels, or resorts
For international customers, we ship to:
- Your home address
- We do not ship to your place of business, hotels, motels, or resorts
- We are not responsible for any custom fees that the destination country might have. Please check the specific regulations regarding hookah and hookah related products with your countries' custom before ordering.
Refunds on Shipping & Handling Charges
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received a damaged product, we will refund shipping and handling charges to your credit card. For shipping and handling charge refunds without a receipt, you must provide the original order number.
