Offer above is for non-USA players only.
Overview:
Another poker room with 3D options for the players, this alternative version comes with the ability to change the 3D look to 2D, making it a nice addition in case you get tired of the 2D monotony or of the 3D images. For being such a smaller poker room around, they have managed to pick-up some good banking methods as well, which are always great for the players. They also offer casino, adding to the entertainment and all-in-one services.
Traffic: 3 out of 10
Unfortunately, and probably due to their smaller size in the poker industry, the Yatahay poker network, and True Poker for that matter, lack player numbers in a big way. Currently getting around 111 players in the peak hours, it does not allow for many games to run throughout the day. However, in a positive look, these players are usually fish type players.
Available Games: 4 out of 10
Like other 3D poker rooms – True Poker lacks available games, primarily since they concentrate on the development and software. They do offer the standard Holdem and Omaha, with plenty of tournaments, and even multi-table tournaments.
Customer Service: 4 out of 10
Due to their smaller operations, True Poker has had a slower response rate of up to 24 hours through email. They do have a phone number to call too, but unfortunately it is not toll-free… But, their service is still friendly and successful.
Software: 3 out of 10
Definitely a fresh perspective for players to enjoy poker in 3D – unfortunately, their software seems a bit out-dated, with players and their movement being somewhat stiff and not as fluid as it should be – having to click to actually flip your hole cards. However, they have added the ability to switch over to 2D on the spot, which is a great way to mix your poker experience.
Overall Rating : 3.5 out of 10
