One of the main reasons why PokerStars is the largest poker site in the world is because they take amazing care of their players. If you email them you will hear back from them on average within a hour if not sooner. Software: 7 out of 10
One of the biggest disappointments of PokerStars is their software. The actual software has not had a facelift since a few years ago. They are defiantly behind the curve in regards to the actual visual user interface of the software. However the software is extremely quick and responsive but the real downside is the visual aspect of the software. You do have the ability to multi-table and you can also resize all of the tables to fit your computer screen.
