Offer above is for non-USA players only.
Overview:
Poker Heaven is part of the International Poker Network provided by the Boss Media Group. They serve mainly European players both on the poker and casino front (they do not accept US players). Their poker channel and site overall has been gaining popularity, but is still quite new in the industry – yet, it is one of the biggest within the Boss Media Network.
Traffic: 3 out of 10
Poker Heaven has an average of ~3200 players in peak hour thanks to the Network, putting them in 11th place overall for poker traffic. They hold a mixture of level players, from tight to loose… although, their casino does help get more fish in. Traffic does keep increasing due to their close connection and advertisements with The Poker Channel.
Available Games: 4 out of 10
Poker Heaven offers a nice variety of poker games: Texas Holdem, Omaha, 7 Card Stud, and 5 Card Draw – No-limit, Pot-limit, and Fixed-limit. They also have a good selection of tournaments.
Customer Service: 6 out of 10
Poker Heaven’s support is available through email and live chat 24/7. You can also add them to MSN messenger if you prefer. Good service overall – however, when coming for the first time to the site, they usually have a pop-up of the live chat. It is done with good intentions; however, it is somewhat irritating, like spam.
Software: 7 out of 10
Once again, Poker Heaven uses the Boss Media software, which is a clean and simple poker software, allowing for a faster download, updates, and games (less distractions). They have certain features such as tables by currency or country, as well as a live broadcast of certain tournaments and games, which you can view on The Poker Channel.
Overall Rating : 5 out of 10
