Overview:
NoiQ Poker is part of the Entraction Network after leaving Playtech. This allows for the poker site to always have a good amount of players on the tables. They cater to several countries by offering multiple languages onsite, however, they do not accept US players. One of the best features about NoiQ is that it offers cross-channel capabilities and services, such as a Sportsbook, a Casino, Bingo, and general Games.
Traffic: 5 out of 10
Being part of the Entraction Network, it allows NoiQ to always have players on the tables for their traffic, but it also allows for multiple skilled levels of players. NoiQ for instance, will be attracting more fish considering their cross-channel products and services. They currently get around 2300 players in peak hours.
Available Games: 6 out of 10
NoiQ offers a wide selection of games, with the most popular ones being No-Limit Texas Holdem, and Pot-Limit Omaha; other games they offer include: Americana, Triple Draw, 7 Card Stud, 5 Card Draw, Telesina, Soko, 32 Draw, and tournaments – however, most of these don’t get too much participation yet.
Customer Service: 8 out of 10
Customer Support is mainly available via email and responded within the hour; available 24/7. They also offer live support, which is only available at certain hours of operation.
Software: 8 out of 10
NoiQ Poker uses the Entraction Network software, which has had numerous updates since 2002. Overall, it is known for its simplicity and reliability, regardless of the updates. It has some great note taking capabilities, personal play statistics and good hand history options; some great multi-table features, and a Java based browser version of the poker client, which allows for Mac and Linux users to play on as they would with the downloadable client.
Overall Rating : 6.75 out of 10
