Offer above is for non-USA players only.
Overview:
Everest Poker is a dominant poker company in Europe. With 15 languages available, it makes for a multicultural player base. Like all poker sites, you’ll find your fish and savvy players, but overall, they have an adequate level – sort of around middle ground. The fact that they have a casino available within the same account now makes for a lot more fish coming in, which is great for all players looking to build-up their bankroll fast. Everest however does not accept US players.
Traffic: 6 out of 10
Everest Poker’s traffic is pretty descent – enough for available games always. They currently hold the 14th spot for their French site, and 18th for rest of the World in regards to poker player traffic – however, if you were to combine those numbers together, you would get them up within the top 10 poker sites in regards to traffic; but, since it is separated do to French laws, then the traffic numbers unfortunately are not as good as before, which they should have no issues to improve in the future.
Available Games: 7 out of 10
Even though Everest is one of the biggest poker rooms, they do lack some game selection, but seem to be doing well without it anyway, after all, they do have the two most popular poker games: Texas Holdem and Omaha Poker. They might increase the game selection in the future, but only Everest Gaming knows for now.
Customer Service: 8 out of 10
Customer service unfortunately is mainly available by email, as live chat in only available on week-days and during certain hours of operation, and phone service is only reserved for VIP Everest Summit Club members. That said, their email support is still one of the best; quick and thorough responses.
Software: 7 out of 10
As proprietary software, Everest has excelled at covering a well functioning poker client/program. They have thought of details others have not, such finding a list of available satellites to a tournament you just clicked on… however, they still have too much going on in the tournament tab/section, which makes it a bit tough to find the game you are looking for.
Overall Rating : 7 out of 10
