Overview:
Doyles Room is a great poker site sponsored by Poker Legend, Doyle Brunson himself, along with many other celebrity and well-known players. They’ve had a reputation of being trust-worthy, with clean games. Currently they are part of the Cake Network, but it has been known that Doyles may move to another network with a different strategy in mind – instead of rakeback. The room alone has done extremely well because of its reputation, sponsors, and to their campaigns like, ‘play with the legends’.
Traffic: 6 out of 10
Because they currently use the Cake Skin/Network, they have a mixture of recreational and savvy players – most of the savvy coming from Cake alone. Unfortunately due to that, Doyles is giving more money than needed to Cake. Doyles alone has good traffic, and mainly fish players thanks to their casino.
Available Games: 5 out of 10
Doyles has a wide variety of tournaments – some of which have made them famous such as the bounty tournaments on their legends… play with the legends, and so forwards… great campaigns that have really differentiate them from other rooms, even with bigger sites. Apart from that, they do have Holdem, Omaha and Stud poker, but only Holdem gets good amounts of participation so far.
Customer Service: 9 out of 10
Doyles Room customer service is one of the best in the industry, with emails being taken care of within 15 minutes more or less. Speed and competence of their response has made their support a great one.
Software: 7 out of 10
As mentioned, Doyles Room shares network with Cake, and so they share their poker client skin. With that said, their software and graphics are clean and reliable, with little mentions of ever being any crashing-down or maintenance. Good hand history options and multi-tabling features.
