How To Request a Price Guarantee Match?
- Send us an email using our contact form with a link to our product and the competitor's product.
- Specify the price on our website and the competitor's price.
- Whether or not you have already placed an order with us. If you have, in fact, placed such an order, please include your order date and order #.
- We will give you a discount code to use and receive the 110% price match guarantee.
- Enjoy our customer service at the lowest price you can find.
Terms & Conditions
- The product must be the exact same make, model, and color as the one on our website.
- The online merchant offering the lower price must have the product currently in stock and available for immediate delivery.
- The online merchant must be an established U.S. business and website.
- Price Guarantee applies to price of the item, prior to any shipping charges, handling fees, processing fees, taxes, etc.
- Does not apply to merchants offering factory-reconditioned, refurbished, closeout or previously returned items.
- Does not apply to merchants offering special promotions such as sale prices, rebate offers, coupon offers, quantity discounts, special orders and/or membership requirements for buyers and/or sellers.
- PokerEagles must be able to confirm the lower price.
- PokerEagles reserves the right to refuse price match guarantee on specific isolated cases.
- If an online store is selling the same product for a lower price, we match their price plus 10% of price difference lower. So if we sell an item for $100 and someone else sells it for $90, we will give you that same product for $89.
Please note that there are some websites online that sell products below the minimum price required by the manufactures. Those websites are in clear violation of their wholesale agreement and is only a matter of time before they are denied wholesale and forced to leave the business. Our price match guarantee does not apply to prices on such websites. We also strongly suggest that you stay away from them. Ask yourself if you would like to do business with companies or in many of these cases, individuals, who do not follow their own business agreements.
