Hello from Reno, NV

I saw this forum in DP and decided to take a look. Very nice to say the least.

I live in Reno, NV so if anyone wants info on what is happening at the casinos, make a post and I'll try to answer. I play in a 1 - 2 NL game at the Peppermill because, for my money, it is the best poker room in town.

There is a rumor circulating the Grand Sierra, the old Hilton, is gonna let the WPT go next year. If that is so, the PR Mgr told me he will pick it up. Mike knows everybody and his brother in this industry so he'll have it if he wants it.

If that happens, the Mill will be on the poker map.

I made a suggestion in another thread to the mods to host a tourney out here. I probably can get us a good deal and the forum mbrs could get away from the grind, win some $$$ and have a good time.

Welcome to the forums, guys! Thank you for joining. I haven't been too active lately, but I plan on contributing more in the near future. Let me know if I can help with anything. My interests are Limit Hold'em cash games (full-ring and shorthanded) and No-Limit Hold'em tournaments. I dabble in Omaha High-Low occasionally. I'm also a poker book junkie.
