poker tracker??

Am a player who played almost daily on 1 or 2 different sites. Would poker tracker help me with my game? How so?

I find that Poker Tracker helps me a lot. It Keeps track of so many stats. I don't just use it to get reads on other player but mainly to help keep my own game on track. It lets me know if I am playing differently from day to day. If I am stealing enough blinds, if I am playing position up to my standards. Anyone who plays any sort of regular basis, It is WELL worth the money.
