I just got an email that Neteller does not transfer (deposit or withdraw) from and to poker websites anymore.
I think this would absolutely kill online poker. Most people will not go through creating off shore bank accounts and what not.
I dont know how they still offer instant Checks as that's obviously against the new poker law...
