What blinds do you play?

Cash game or tournament?

well cash or tourney is fine, 10-20$ buy-in would be ideal

There are a lot of $10, $20 buy in home tourneys around. I'm glad this forum is picking up, and I'm sure you'll find people here.

There are couple other people here interested in weekly games, you guys could start your own games.

I've seen some people talking about their games in Facebook too.

but the only cash games I've played at are $1/$2 or higher.

So, who has a weekly game this year?

We typically have 8 - 15 person $10 tournaments on Mondays.

Any others?

I don't live in Blacksburg anymore, but there are couple people here who play regularly. I haven't seen them around for a while, but they might reply here...

There are also the bar games downtown in Sharkeys. I'm sure you can find some house games from player there...

Yeeaah.... About Sharkey's:

We called them last night to see if they were still playing. The bartendor said that they will not be having poker anymore. Needless to say I was pretty upset.

That sucks...

I used to run my own tournaments at Shesha Cafe and they went pretty good, until I didn't have time to run them anymore.h

You can find some of the games on www.homepokergames.com too (click on Virginia and search for Blacksburg)

We were sent to a room next to new battery (http://www.batteryfast.co.uk/) the security desk in the same building. The staff there checked all laptops and good battery (http://www.batterylaptoppower.com/) actually sealed all our laptop ports with a special sticker (each piece of sticker carries a sequence number). If we break any sticker, you know what will happen -reformat.

If anyone lives around Indianapolis, I live about 30 minutes Northeast of there in Anderson and I usually play at the American Legion down the road. They play every Friday night. Buy-in is$30, with re-buys. There's usually about 50 to 70 people that play, but last Friday there was 115 players. Top 10 places pay, and of course... I get out 11th. I also have a friend that has them every Friday night. His buy-in is $20, but its always the same 10 people, so I don't go there much anymore.

We have called yesterday to see if they still play. The bartender said they would not have more poker. Needless to say I was quite upset.
