A few comments:
"Razz is a 7 card stud low game. It means that it is played like 7 card stud, however the lowest (worst in terms of Texas Holdem) wins. "
This isn't exactly right. The worst Texas Hold'em hand is 2-3-4-5-7 with no flush. The best hand in Razz, A-2-3-4-5, would beat that hand.
"If there are two or more players with the same high card (suit doesn't matter), the player closest to the dealer has to bring it in."
In some games, the player with the highest suit brings it in. From highest to lowest, the rank of suits is spades, hearts, diamonds, and clubs.
"The player with the highest card has to bring in a bet the low limit bet size in the pot."
The bring-in is actually less than the small bet--e.g., in a $1/$2 game, the bring-in might be $.25.
"Most online poker website offer Razz now. You can play Razz in full table in some casinos in Las Vegas. Also, you can play the mixed games in Las Vegas where they have rounds of Razz as well."
As far as I know, Pokerstars and Full Tilt are the only online poker rooms that spread Razz. I've never seen a Razz table in Vegas, although there may be some. I assume that Razz is mostly played in high-limit mixed games.
Other than that, the information seems mostly accurate. If you want, I can do some editing to clean up the writing and take care of any grammatical errors or typos.

Hey guys I want to know which hand is the best hand here because me and my dad are playing a tourney against each other and want to know which hand wins.
His seven cards are: a 3 5 6 8 10 j
My seven cards are: a 2 3 7 8 8 10
Which hand wins in this situation? Thanks
His hand wins, because you both have 8 high, but the next high card of your is 7 and his is a 6.
