Cheating?

Have you guys ever played online and ever feel if you were cheated or if there were cheaters at the table? thats one reason I kind of dislike playing online since you don't know who you are against. what if someone had friends on, and they were just playing you? Do you guys think cheating goes on at the tables?

You're just as likely to get cheated live. I'm positive I've been at online tables with colluders, and I know I have played with people who set the deck, and signal in live games. Just be awre of your surroundings and don't get distracted surfing the net and such; you'll pick up on most questionable behavior.

I guarantee that there are people online that cheat. 2 or 3 friends sitting at one table all on the phone telling each other what they have. Ofcourse this can really only happen really on sit n goes. I know for a fact that it happens, not because I have, but I know people that have told me stories.

The same thing goes with live play, friends could be sitting next to each other and bump the other one on the leg when they pick something up or signal others with actions. Just watch casino...

Don't worry I felt the same way when I play on Poker Stars. A lot of bad beats on there as well. I am sure there are people cheating such as the friends joining at one table to take advantage of the other players.
