Okay firstly, Yes you can either bet on red or black on roulette and I think its basically 2:1 odds for either, since its a 50/50 chance basically.
In my opinion, I know there are quite a bit of websites that offer tips and winning strategies, that I think are pretty much garbage. If they are free tips, then just watch the roulette games at your casino before playing bets. If its information you have to pay for, I wouldn't bother.
Just go to the casino, see what pops up the majority, red or black, and then place your bets on that. A strategy would be place something like 2 dollars on black, if that loses, place 4 dollars on black, if that loses, 8 dollars, and so on until the black hits.
Thats just an example of what you could do.

P.S nothing is easy money! I had sports betting system that they said easy money, and It lost!!! the seller knew it too, and wouldn't even respond back

You get evens for red/black betting but it's not 50/50 as there is the green 00 which neither wins on. So it's a slight losing proposition over the long run.
